Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Platarium Network Ltd (“we”) processes personal data when you use platarium.com and related Platarium services.

Data we may process

• Contact details you send us (for example email to support).
• Technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.
• Wallet addresses and signature payloads when you authenticate or register Tag Pro.
• Payment metadata from Stripe for paid Tag Pro checkouts (we do not store full card numbers).
• Deal fields the protocol writes in public: party addresses, the node address, the amount, the terms bytes, the panel keys, and votes after the set freezes.

Purposes

We process data to operate the site, authenticate sessions, process Tag Pro purchases, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve reliability. On-chain activity is public by design.

Deals are public

A deal is not a private file we keep. The terms bytes, the amount, the parties, the bound node, and the panel are written to the ledger. Votes are withheld from a read until the panel freezes, and after that freeze they are public with the result. Do not put a secret, a password, or personal data you may later need erased into the terms. We cannot delete ledger data, and a volunteer reads the terms in order to vote.

Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Session cookies expire according to their configured lifetime.

Sharing

We use processors such as hosting providers and Stripe for payments. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and security.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data. Contact support@platarium.com. UK users may also contact the ICO.

Chrome extension

Platarium Multi Pass, the Chrome extension, creates keys on the user’s device. The recovery phrase, private keys, and PIN stay in an encrypted vault in Chrome storage on that device. We do not receive them and cannot restore a wallet.

To show a balance and broadcast a transfer, the extension sends the wallet address and the signed transaction to the RPC endpoint the user has selected. The default endpoint is the public Platarium testnet. The connection is ordinary HTTPS, so that node sees the connection’s IP address. We do not use it to determine location, and we do not sell it.

A website can ask the extension to connect. The extension does not read page content or browsing history. It shows the site origin and waits for the user to approve or decline. That choice stays on the device.
