Refund Policy
Refunds for Tag Pro. A deal lock is a protocol outcome, not a purchase we refund.
Tag Pro and other paid digital registrations are generally non-refundable once fulfilled (name reserved / registration completed), except where required by law or when a payment error or technical failure prevented delivery.
If checkout succeeds but fulfillment fails on our side, contact support@platarium.com with the payment reference within 14 days. Chargebacks for completed registrations may result in revocation of the associated tag where technically feasible.
Deals
A deal is not a purchase from Platarium Network Ltd. A release, a return, a guarantor fee, a volunteer premium, and an appeal fee are outcomes of the protocol. We do not refund them, reverse them, or repay a verdict. Where the protocol itself returns the appeal fee, or returns the principal because a cancellation stood or a dispute reached no result, that return is the protocol’s rule, not a refund we issue. Card payments for Tag Pro are separate from PLP locked in a deal.
